Tuesday Treasures

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas around this house...
and I LOVE IT.

I'm so thankful that this little guy will be celebrating his 3rd
Christmas, too.  It took a while to get him here, but it was so
worth the wait!

ShutterLoveTuesdays

We had a ton of delicious food on Thanksgiving, but for my
boys, the cookies were most important...

This remains one of my absolute favorite photos.  Ever.

Even this boy is enjoying all that the holidays bring!

This was a "self-portrait" that I snapped of me and Luke
recently.  (He's stuck to me like glue!)  I just love it so much
because I was "off" and only got my chin.

That's just how we are.  So comfy together.

Photography love...

3.  Historic
(Old Country Store in Kennesaw, taken in August)

4.  Off-center
(Sam broke open this little geode Friday morning.)

5.  The End
(The leaves have abandoned our cherry trees.)

Woohoo...it's the weekend!

I love black and white photos.  Who doesn't?  Sometimes, I
feel like it can be over-used, tho, so I usually stick
with color.  With that said...

This is my all-time-favorite B&W capture.

Sam was only 3-years old, watching big trucks with
the eyes of a 3-year old!  Love that.

I'm posting ahead b/c we have a busy weekend...

Friday's Free-4-All

We had a little visitor this week.  He seemed a bit shy.

I so LOVE candles...

We celebrated this family during our Thanksgiving dinner...

Aren't they lovely???

Are you ready for the turkey?

We are.  Hope you enjoy yours!

(Made with love by Sam, 6-years old)

The amazingly talented Tezzie tagged me for the following:

1.  What 3 things can always be found in your refrigerator?
Cheese, mustard and butter!

2.  What famous person do you (or other people) think you resemble?
I've heard from many, many people that I look like Mary Stuart Masterson, even
totally mistaken for her in a club back in 1995.  The funny thing is that during
college I had very short hair just like she did in Some Kind of Wonderful.
Total coincidence, but I loved it!

If you don't know who she is...

3.  What are your superpowers?
Discovering where smells originate and knowing a lie!

4.  What do you do when no one is watching?
Pull out gray hairs.  (I hear Mary Stuart Masterson does that too!)

Now, I will send the following questions to...

1.  If you could live anywhere, what city would you choose?
2.  What is your guilty pleasure...TV, reading, food, etc.?
3.  What is the one thing you hope your boy(s) learn from YOU?
4.  If you could have a celebrity "blog follower", who would it be?
