Weekend Wrap-up

We're doing a lot around the house these days, but 

couldn't be cooped up the whole weekend...so we 

walked down to our neighborhood "Towne Green". 

(The soccer/lacrosse fields and picnic area.)

There, Sam kicked a ball around...a lot...

...occasionally throwing it...

And, Sam specifically took that blue ball down so 

Luke would kick it around with him.  Of course, all 

Luke wanted to do is "race Mama"...

He always wins!

Scavenger Hunt Sunday

We got some (much-needed) rain on Friday, but other 

than that, perfect weather for hunting...

(February has been so lovely!)

(I start each day with a can of Coke & a straw, but seldom finish it.)

(Ooooh, how I love this furry gal!)

(My hydrangeas are getting ready for the heat.)

(A little top that Sam has always loved to spin.)

Happy Hodge-Podge

 

Our school system had winter break this week, 

which meant Sam had a week of no school. 

The weather continues to amaze, so we've 

spent plenty of time outside.

And, I couldn't resist taking another photo of 

my sweet wind chime, all-a-glow!

I just love the sun.  (Even have it tattooed on my arm.) 

It's so refreshing/nourishing/invigorating and there's nothing 

like being barefoot in February.  Seriously.

We did get to spend some of the week with this lovely, 

little lady, too.  Luke's bestie, Grace...

And, speaking of Luke.  He was so happy to have Sam
home this week...

Weekend Wrap-up

Saturday, the temperature was 80 degrees in our backyard!

The wind chime swayed gently...

and Luke decided to do a little yard work...
