Friday Frags #34

Mommy's Idea

St. Patty's Day is gone and Easter is around the bend...

BETTY WHITE will be on SNL May 8th! We love her.

I just started two new books this week. Upstairs I'm reading The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. Downstairs I'm reading Sundays at Tiffany's. I'm really enjoying both. In fact, I'll probably finish them both up this weekend.

Tomorrow will be BIG for Luke. We're taking him to "Touch-A-Truck", downtown, so he can...well...touch a truck. Actually, he can touch A LOT of trucks. It's always a great event, and I can't wait to see his face when he spies the 20+ trucks waiting to be climbed on!

We have a special visitor...Patches the Bear!

Patches visits with bloggers who've lost a pregnancy or child. He's a great little house-guest and next Friday I will have pictures to prove it.
If you'd like more info or a visit from Patches, click on his photo...

Do you like Old Navy, Gap and/or Banana Republic? I do! And, here's a great coupon for 30% off this weekend. You can use it as much as you'd like, too, at any or all stores.

Friends and Family Coupon

The weather is warmer, we can go on strolls and my lilies are growing well. All of that means that it's officially allergy season. That's the one bad thing about Spring in GA. I guess having only one bad thing is pretty good, tho.

Hope you aren't sneezing too much!

Have fun at Touch a Truck! What a great time for a boy.

Here spring allergies start when the ornamental pear trees bloom.

Have a great weekend!

What a sweet bear.
I am always amazed by people who can read more than 1 book at a time. I just can't do it!

Touch a truck sounds like something my son would go wild for in about a year! How fun!

Gosh, I had almost forgotten that Easter is nearby. With this wonderful weather we're getting, spring was all I was thinking about. Thanks for the reminder.

Touch a Truck sounds pretty cool. I would imagine there will be fire and police, tractors, and so on. That should be a big deal for the kids. Take pictures.

I'm not one for those stores, but that was a great gesture for you to post the link for the coupon. I'm sure a lot of people will take advantage of it.

I get the summer allergies too. Especially when the grass is being mowed.

Enjoy the great weekend.

I love Betty White.

I am a voracious reader but more than one book at a time would make me crazy. I'd have to carry the same book up and down the stairs. LOL. LOVED Sundays at Tiffanys! Such a sweet story!

Yeah, there's been a whole lotta sneezin' goin' on over here these days, too.

Betty White? We love that commerical she's in right now; I look forward to her hosting...but didn't that close up shop?? Whatever happened to that?

Dang! I could have used that Old Navy coupon this afternoon. However, two pairs of flipflops for $5?! To get them for less would really be like stealing, wouldn't it??! :)
