Fall Frenzy



It's a busy time, but so lovely...and fun...





We just visited our local botanical garden, Smith-Gilbert
and their roses took my breath away.  Many were 8-10 feet
tall and the beautiful blooms were 6" across.  Stunning!







Of course, there was a lot of beauty there...
These SO resembled spun gold.
(I think Rumpelstiltskin was nearby, for sure!)





And, speaking of beauty.  Check out these guys...

  1. I love the 2nd photo with the yellow bug. That is an amazing shot. The boys' pumpkins are so great! Love them. That would be a great photo to frame for future halloweens. :))

  12. I kept on uttering the word 'WOW' while looking through your photos today. Wow for the ray of light in your first shot and the perspective, Wow for the depth of field in the second as well as the soft colour of the rose and that mighty cute ladybug, and wow for the golden reeds and the overall composition of that shot.
