When I saw your photo, I thought of the old saying, curiosity killed the cat. And then I remembered that Though that saying is not as poetic as your quote. :-) There's something about black kitties that I simply love.

I'd guess the kitty is the first kind of curious -- just wanting to know. My cats check out anything new in the house whether it's packages, strings, a pot holder (!), shoes. They keep me laughing!
