The Great Unknown

Sam went off to middle school this week (6th grade) and I thought this captured
my feelings perfectly...because it really is all about the unknown...

Fantastic shot - really does capture that feeling. The misty years...they kinda vaporize a little...hard to pin down, get a read on...but I promise they re-materialize stronger and back in their right minds! (my mistiest years with mine were 8-9th grade...but they're all different, as we know!) Hugs - and thanks for linking up!

GREAT SHOT! I love the mood the black and white portrays. Hope 6th grade is going okay so far! I cannot believe it is time for back-t0-school already.

Wonderful shot!

Lilly starts 6th grade this year, and Johnathan 7th.. we are juggling changing schools this year, so they'll be headed off to a new middle school and they too to the great unknown.

Hope school is going well! We don't start for another month!

Hi Dina, Wow that photo brought back memories. This is the first summer in 19 years that I do not have to get someone up for school, Hunter and AJ have both graduated. It is weird. I see a back to school advertisement and I want to run out and buy pencils and a backpack! Like a rat in a maze I am :-)
I love your photographs and look forward to sharing more of them, with a smile from Tampa Florida, Carlyn :-)

What a great photo! We headed back to school this week, and it's just too, too early. Summer isn't over yet; school should not be back in session. But if it has to be here - this is a fantastic shot. Thank you for sharing it with us for Photo Friday!

This is so beautiful. What a lovely moment you've captured. I love that it's in black and white. I can't believe you go back to school already! But i'm sure your summer holidays are different than ours (ours are from the end of july to the beginning of september!). x #mysundayphoto
