Festive weekend fun!

Without a doubt, one of our favorite seasonal events is the Candy Cane Hunt at the Mable House. Sam made a gingerbread house and reindeer food, decorated a cookie, roasted marshmallows and of course, hunted for candy canes. (They also have a store full of handmade items that I love to browse through each year!)

This year it was very cold, but we still had a great time. And, it was a pleasure to share it with Luke for the first time!

Sam's class performed today at church. He loves to sing, so he was really looking forward to it, and they were awesome! They sang two Christmas songs and "Happy Birthday" to Jesus. He wore his special Christmas vest, too!

For more fun and festive ideas, check out My 3 Wisemen. She is gving away some great Christmas goodies, too!
