As a tot, is there really anything better than brand new sand in the turtle? In fact, I think I was just as excited at age 25....er, I mean 35! That cool, clean feeling....some things are just so fun to share with your kids.
Brand new sand is for sure a great thing! I was always scared to get my kids a sandbox, didn't want the neighborhood cats thinking I bought them a new litterbox .. I think I might have issues. LOL.
A few of my favorite things - pudgy baby feet, and a sand pail. My girls loved their sand turtle. I was sad to see it go. My neighbors kept theirs (their children are 5 and 8) - it has been the source of ice experiments this winter. Happy ATWT!
Dina! We opened your very sweet card today and the train whistle! Oh my goodness. Thank you so much for thinking of us! Seriously, Boyd carried the whistle around all day long! He laughed when we blew it.
We loved the decorations you shared with us too. They were wonderful.
I really could go on and on, but I do thank you from the bottom of my heart! :) I wish we lived closer. I'm sure Luke and Boyd would be the best of friends!
My son has been digging up my plants in the garden. I think it is time to get him a little sand box. I always enjoyed playing in the sand box when I was a kid.

TOTALLY! Right now our dank sand from last year literally has weeds growing in it. CANNOT WAIT to get it cleaned out and new fresh stuff in!
