So, it's no secret that it's hot. And, we're just outside of Atlanta...so it's REALLY
hot...and REALLY dry. (We're knocking on that drought-door yet again!) Our lawn
isn't at its best right now. The bermuda sod is going dormant and it's covered in
leaves. Wish I could say the leaves are a sign of fall, but really they mean the big
trees are very stressed. No fun.

Anyways, here's some of the pretty around my house...
The good Lord knows how much I can't wait to fire up this bad-boy on a crisp night...

Yes very very fun! I love your first one! I am a sucker for texture and that has it all! plus it lets us know fall is on the way!
Oh, I really love those first two shots --but most especially the first one! I love that leaf... its color and the texture. :)
Great pictures! You really captured the colors of the flower, and everything pretty in your home. Thanks for sharing.
Oh my - these are beautiful photos Dina! I think the first one is definitely my favorite though!
That first picture is AWESOME! Good job, Dina!
We have our chiminea (sp?) ready as well. We probably could have used it last night. It was beautiful outside last night. Brett enjoyed a cold brew and me a fruity drink while sitting on the back porch. Bring on FALL and the cooler temps!
Oh you've still got some pretties in your yard but I feel the exact same way about the heat. Ugh.
So incredibly beautiful. You are very talented, and I'm looking forward to the firepit days for ya!
Your pictures are always so beautiful! Envy Envy that you get to grow peppers!! Heat does have its perks... LOL! Do you have citrus trees? I hope & pray the temps drop a wee bit for y'all real soon! Thank You for your encouraging comments!
=) I am really not "too" worried about the dentist ~ but my track record with medical stuff is not exactly stellar! =)
Hugs!!
Jenn~
I love the leaf on the bricks. Great shot! And the pictures of your peppers are gorgeous too. I hope you get some rain soon and cooler weather. We had a little break in the weather yesterday. :)
Your BellPeppers and Tomatoes look so yummy.
Great outside photos! I love your garden pics... especially the pepper.
Hè, that last picture looks familair, I'll send
you some marshmallows and some rain ...we have had enough...:-).
Great shots!
Love all your photos!! The peppers (yum! mine didn't make it this summer) and the bricks w/leaf have to be my favorites. Great job capturing life out of doors!
LOVE the green leaves with the pink speckles!!!! Wonderful!
Love the first one. Great shots!
The leaf is my favourite.
What is the plant with the pink spots?
We know the green and pink plant as a "polka dot plant" here, but I'm quite sure it has a real name. :o)
I love the shot of the pepper! Yum.
You found lots of pretty stuff :D
Hang in there with the weather - It will cool off..... eventually!
You do have a great garden!
