Pretty sure this will be the last tomato from our garden in 2010.

It's so cool that you get your tomatoes fresh from your garden. :)

I know, right? I think the rain we got on Sunday brought fall with it (finally!). I tried a container garden of tomatoes on my back porch, but failed miserably. Maybe next year :)

We brought in a whole plate of tomatoes from our garden this week and I suspect they will be the last ones for this season. Love your shot! I looks almost like an oil painting.

Oh no! Well, just remember that they will be back before you know it! Your tomatoe is adorable. I guess I can't live in denial of fall any more.

Boo for the last tomato! I'm a little blue about the end of fresh, homegrown tomatoes too!

Hi my friend,

What a beautiful tomato and right out of your ground? I know that's wonderful. My Grandpa grew them along with other things in the yard when I was growing up. I never took to Gardening but have thought about it in lieu of the way the foods are in the store most of the time.

I can't believe Summer has come to a close either but the truth is I can use the break on the elec bill :) While Spring and Summer are my favorite seasons, fall and winter are my favorite for clothing and hot soups :)

I pray that you, Neil and those handsome, talented, gifted and blessed little boys are doing well in the LORD!!! Love ya!

There's a restaurant in New Orleans that I love called.... The Blue Tomato! Maybe the cook was depressed too with his last Creole tomato? Who knows?

What a healthy looking tomato to be at the end of the season. I so understand the last one making you feel blue. My last one made me that way too.
Lovely shot!

It looks like a perfect one! Unusual for my end of season tomatoes. We still got a few last night.
