Sparks are flying...finally!

We had a ton of rain on the 4th, so even tho our
neighborhood shot their HUGE fireworks, we
didn't get a chance to shoot our little family supply.

The weather continued to be iffy most of the week,
so we finally brought ours out on Sunday, when
the sunset looked like this....SOOC...

Plus, we saw this cute little guy, measuring 1" tall
and doing his best kung fu moves...

It was worth the wait and Sam insisted that
I post pics on the blog, saying, "It's never too
late for fireworks photos, Mom!"  So, here
you have some of our sparkling shots...

And, I had to include these two.  So silly...

Give me your best shot at Better in BulkPhotoStory Friday

HA! Love the shot of Master Praying Mantis! My girls would think that was so cool!

Love all your firework photos! I tried so hard to capture photos of fireworks with my fancy SLR but I couldn't get the settings right. By the time I figured it out, I missed the show. But I did manage to get some really cool sparkler shots. Come see!

Love those shots! And #3 has those same orange goggles. He only wears them when we have a tornado warning though. They are an integral part of his tornado protection outfit!
