Gone Fishing

We've had some wonderful weather lately, so the boys have
spent a lot of time at our neighborhood lake...

One of my very favorite pastimes! I spent many an hour fishing with my dad on the banks of the pond by our house! These are wonderful photos for memories! These boys will grow up way too fast!

Love seeing all of your boys here! What a beautiful lake, and what a blessing to have that in your neighborhood.

As you know we have a lake at our backdoor (since you've been here :)) but wow does that lake look big and beautiful.

I see your son caught a fish! Yeah!

Good family time!!!

These are beautiful and the still mirror images in the water attest to the patience of the "fishermen" ;)

How nice that the boys get to do that at a nearby lake.

We have plenty of people fishing down at the seaside where we live, but I never felt inclined to try... don't think I'd have the patience to just sit there and wait for the fishies to nibble. Haha!

I love these all, but that first shot is my favorite! I love your processing too; they sort of have a vintage feel to them :o)

I grew up on a river. These shots make me want to go back. Love how you captured the reflection of the trees in the lake.

Wonderful captures of the end of summer! The blue of the boys' shirts is perfect with the greenery all around them.

I'm not much for fishing, but I love to sit by the water and watch. Fun shots of the boys, Dina.
