Yes please! These look good, and I can imagine the flaky buttery crust with jam. All I've ever done is cinnamon and sugar. May have to try this! Have a great rest of the week.
I LOVE leftover pie crust. I mean LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! Like, I think that might be my favorite dessert : ). You came up with a creative and yummy idea. I want to be your kid.

Excellent idea! I make cookies kinda like this at Valentines, but heart-shaped ones. But using the pie crust is SO easy! And those cuties are cute too. :)

These look yummy. I made some fold over pies out of extra pie dough. I used raisins, nuts and brown sugar.
